Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- Credit card:
It is mandatory to provide credit card details to finalize the reservation, which will be used as a guarantee to charge the first night in case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show at the refundable rate and 100% payment in advance of the amount at the non-refundable rate. Payment will be charged directly at check-in, using a credit, debit card or cash in the case of a refundable rate.
Credit card installment policy:
1 night - payment in cash.
From 2 nights - payment in 3 interest-free installments.
Above R$ 1,000.00 - installments in up to 6 interest-free installments

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in. After this period, the amount equivalent to the first night will be charged.
