Payment Operators and Companies For registered customers with credit approved by the financial department, they will be able to invoice their reservations within 14 days after the guest's departure date. For customers who do not have credit released by the financial department, we request full payment via credit card at the time of purchase. Consult us for credit release analysis for billing. Payment at the Hotel The reservation will be charged on the day of arrival at the hotel. The credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation, and will only be charged by the hotel in case of late cancellation and no-show

Cancellation Policies

Non-Refundable Cancellation – Full No Show (Cancellation Policy, in specific actions and for accommodation without coffee) In case of cancellation, change of date or no-show, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will not be kept as a credit .

Cancellation 24 hours before – No show 1st Night Cancellation deadline: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel. Cancellation, changes and non-attendance after this period will be charged the amount of the first night.
