Cancellation Policies

According to Art. 49, seven days after confirmation of the reservation, it cannot be canceled, changed or used as a credit for future accommodations.

General Policy

Rates valid per night, per apartment and number of people.

Daily rates start at 2pm and end at 12pm.

Fees charged:
- Service Fee of 10% of the daily rate;
- Sustainable Tourism Tax of R$2.99 per day/apartment;
Requirement of documents and identification for all guests at check-in, especially in the case of minors.

Accommodation for Minors: In accordance with articles 82 and 83 of the ECA (Child and Adolescent Statute), it is prohibited to accommodate minors without supporting documents, with only ID, Passport and Birth Certificate being valid, along with authorization from trip signed by the parents (legal guardians), in the case of the minor traveling with another adult responsible. Failure to present the required documentation at check-in will result in the minor not being accommodated.

Prices include breakfast, served in the hotel restaurant from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

We do not offer extra beds, only sofa beds for an adult or child.
Cot and bathtub subject to availability;

Early arrivals or late departures are subject to charges and availability;

Free policy: Complimentary for up to one child between 00 and 07 years old in the same room as their parents/guardians.
