Prepaid at the time of booking

According to Art. 49, seven days after confirmation of the reservation, it cannot be canceled, changed or used as a credit for future accommodations.

Rates valid per night and per apartment; • Daily rates start at 2pm and end at 12pm; • We charge a 10% service fee; We charge a Sustainable Tourism Tax of R$ 2.99 • Accommodation for minors accompanied by their Parents with their ID
child; • Accommodation with minors unaccompanied by their parents with the document
authenticated accommodation authorization from the child; • Prices include breakfast, served in the hotel restaurant from 6:30 am to 10:30 am; • We do not work with extra beds, only cots subject to availability; • Postponed departures or early arrivals are subject to a charge and
availability; • Courteous child up to 7 years old in the same room as their parents/guardians. • Wi-Fi internet throughout the hotel; • We do not accept checks.
