Flexible Rebooking Policy: Cancellation or changes up to 10 days before check-in (check-in date): no fine charged; Cancellation or changes 9 days before check in or less: a fine of 100% of the reservation value will be charged. NOTE: Reimbursement of amounts will be through the issuance of a letter of credit with a term of up to 01 (one) year from the date of cancellation. The letter of credit can be used to deduct the value of a new reservation, according to the current rate and availability.
