Cancellation Policies
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy follows Embratur Normative Resolution No. 165/95.
Upon booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the Reservation, Cancellation, and No-Show Policies.
RESERVATION, CANCELLATION, AND NO-SHOW POLICIES
The reservation is confirmed upon confirmation of payment. If cancellation or change of reservation date is necessary, the customer must notify the Hotel Reservations Center in advance in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
Cancellation or date changes are subject to availability and fees will be charged according to the conditions below. The remaining balance of the daily rate will be charged at check-in.
A no-show is a cancellation without cancellation: Failure to show up without prior written notice within the timeframes described in this document on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show." The space will remain available for 12 hours from the time of check-in. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% of the amount paid being retained), making the space available to another interested party.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT RESERVATIONS
In the event of early departure from the contracted daily rate, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded.
Cancellation notice given more than 14 days prior to check-in will result in a 100% refund of the amount paid, or this amount may be used as a credit within 90 days, subject to availability at the time of rebooking.
Cancellation notice given more than 7 days prior to check-in will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid, or the full amount may be used as a credit within 90 days, subject to availability at the time of rebooking.
Cancellation notice given less than 7 days prior to check-in will result in no refund or credit, but it may be used as a credit within 90 days.
In the event of a no-show (no-show on the day of check-in), there will be no refund and you will not be entitled to a credit.
Since our rates change seasonally and on holidays, the 100% or 50% credit will be in cash, not necessarily in the number of nights.
