Payment methods

Deposit of 25% in bank deposit within 2 days of booking request. Prepayment and Direct Payment

BOOKING
After paying 25% of the total daily value and sending the receipt by email, the reservation will be confirmed.

- Card installments - We do not offer a discount, maximum installments up to 6 installments and a minimum installment of R$500.00.

Cancellation Policies

If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the Hotel in writing, and cancellation or change over the telephone will not be accepted.
No cancellation or date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between one period and another, if any, observing the following deadline:

15 days in advance of arrival date for low or high season

Requests up to 30 days prior to the start of the package

Note: Always according to the availability of vacancies at the Hotel.

WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal without cancellation – “no show”

WITHDRAWAL
Withdrawal without cancellation – “no show”

Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered a “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
Withdrawal after entry
Cancellation upon arrival or after entering the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason.
YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL PRICE OF THE PACKAGE AS NEGOTIATED IN THE BOOKING, WITHOUT THE RIGHT TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES.
