25% deposit deposit within 2 days of booking request. Prepayment and Direct Payment

After paying 25% of the total daily rate and sending the receipt by email, the reservation will be confirmed.

- Installment on card - We do not offer discount, maximum installments up to 6 installments and minimum installment in the amount of R$500.00.

Cancellation Policies

If there is a need to cancel or change the booking date, the customer must notify the Hotel in writing, and cancellation or change will not be accepted by telephone.
No cancellation or date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible price difference between one period and another, if any, observing the following deadline:

15 days prior to entry date for low or high season

Requests up to 30 days prior to the start of the package

Note: Always according to the availability of vacancies in the Hotel.

Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show"

Non-attendance without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The place will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
Withdrawal after entry
Withdrawal upon arrival or upon entering the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason.
THE FULL PACKAGE VALUE WILL BE CHARGED AS NEGOTIATED IN THE RESERVATION, NOT ELIGITING ANY KIND OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT IN NEW DAILY RATE.
