Payment Methods

25% deposit required within 2 days of booking. Prepayment and Direct Payment

RESERVATION
Upon payment of 25% of the total daily rate and receipt of the booking confirmation by email, the reservation will be confirmed.

- Credit Card Payments - We do not offer discounts. Maximum installments are up to 6x and the minimum installment is R$500.00.

Cancellation Policies

If a cancellation or change to the reservation date is necessary, the guest must notify the hotel in writing. Cancellations or changes made by phone will not be accepted.

No cancellation or date change fees will be charged, only any price difference between one period and another, if applicable. The following deadline applies:

15 days in advance of the check-in date for low or high season

Requests must be made up to 30 days before the start of the package

Cancellation without cancellation - "No Show"

Failure to show up without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no show." The space will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% of the amount paid retained), making the space available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
Cancellation After Check-In
Cancellation upon arrival or after checking into the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, will be charged the full amount of the package as negotiated at the time of booking. This does not entitle you to any refund, cash refund, or credit toward new nights.
