ACCOMMODATION Our prices are established according to the period of use and the number of occupants in our accommodation. Check-in from 18:00 hours and check-out until 16:00 hours. A child up to 4 years old in the same room as the parents does not pay. To stay in the Hotel area before or after the contracted period, ask the reception about availability and values. RESERVE After paying 25% of the total daily rate and sending the receipt by email, the reservation will be confirmed. Booking for groups, confirmation will only be given with payment of 50% of the total amount. The balance of daily payment will be charged at check-out. CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENT If there is a need to cancel or change the booking date, the customer must notify the Hotel in writing, and cancellation or change will not be accepted by telephone. No cancellation or date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible price difference between one period and another, if any, observing the following deadline: 15 days prior to entry date for low or high season Note: Always according to the availability of vacancies in the Hotel. *Cancellation of reservation for groups and events Requests up to 30 days prior to the start of the package *CANCELLATION OUTSIDE THE DEADLINE THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID. WITHDRAWAL Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show" Non-attendance without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered “no show” (withdrawal without cancellation). The place will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID. Withdrawal after entry Withdrawal upon arrival or upon entering the Hotel, as well as early departure for any reason. THE FULL PACKAGE VALUE WILL BE CHARGED AS NEGOTIATED IN THE RESERVATION, NOT ELIGITING ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT IN NEW DAILY RATE. IMPORTANT With this contract, we aim to maintain the standard of quality in service, without losses for our Hotel and for our client.
