Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Our reservation policy provides for an advance payment of 50% of the total accommodation cost at the time of booking, as an advance payment for reserving your accommodation, which must be made by credit card.
Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation is necessary and we are informed up to 15 days before the check-in date, the full amount of the advance payment made to confirm the reservation will be refunded. If cancellation is informed between 14 and 5 days before the check-in date, the advance payment will be considered as a credit for future accommodation with us for 6 months, subject to availability. If cancellation is informed less than 4 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund to the customer or credit for future accommodation.
