Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Our reservation policy provides for an advance payment of 50% of the total accommodation amount at the time of booking, as an advance payment for booking your accommodation, which must be made by credit card.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/23/2020 - 1/1/2021

If there is a need to cancel within 40 days of the check-in date, the advance amount will be refunded - or it will be considered as a credit for the next 12 months, if the reservation is canceled between 39 days and 25 days of the check-in date - in. If the cancellation is informed to us 24 days or less from the check-in date, the amount will not be refunded.

On other dates:

If there is a need for cancellation and you are informed at least 15 days before the check-in date, there will be a full refund to the customer of the deposited amount. If the cancellation is informed between 14 days and 5 days from the check-in date, the amount will be considered as a credit for future accommodation with us. If the cancellation is informed less than 4 days before the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount to the customer or credit for future accommodation with us.
