Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/27/2024 - 1/1/2025
2/28/2025 - 3/5/2025
4/17/2025 - 4/21/2025

Reservation Guarantee Policy for Special Dates, such as National Holidays, among others.

Reservations will be maintained upon full payment in advance, up to 20 days before Check-in.

Reservations made within this period will be charged in full, as they are already within the Guarantee period.

If payment is not made within this period, reservations may be canceled without prior notice.

On other dates:

* Reservations without advance deposit or no-show guarantee will be held until the deadline established by the hotel (72 hours before the scheduled payment date, or a different deadline negotiated by our Reservations Center), subject to cancellations without prior notice after this period;
*Reservations with guarantee will be held until noon on the day after check-in. After this deadline, the reservation will be cancelled and a no-show fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/24/2026 - 1/31/2027

Non-refundable - Non Refundable - 100% penalty, non-cancellable
*In cases of cancellation of the Reservation, cancellation, early departure, or no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

On other dates:

*You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 3 days (72 hours) before check-in. After this period, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to 1 night's stay.
