Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- For payment by credit card, 50% of the total amount of the accommodation must be paid in advance. The amount will only be charged at check-in.

- For payment by bank transfer/pix, 50% of the total amount of the accommodation must be paid in advance. The remaining 50% must be paid at check-in.

- If the payment is not identified, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

- Our rates are non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, at any time after confirmation of the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be due.

EXCEPTIONS:
- Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code: which guarantees, for purchases made outside the commercial establishment, the right to regret, allowing free cancellation up to 7 days after the time of the reservation.
- Reasons of force majeure, which will be analyzed by the establishment, and a refund or credit may be granted for a future stay
