Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- We ask for 50% of the total amount of the reservation in advance. Payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid up to 30 days before check-in.

- On festive dates or holidays, we ask for 100% of the total amount of the package to confirm the reservation.

** Confirmation of accommodation is only made after payment of 50% of the total amount of the stay. **

Bank transfers at the reception desk are not allowed to pay for accommodation or consumption.

Cancellation Policies

- Our rates are non-refundable.
- In case of cancellation at any time after confirmation of the stay or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.

EXCEPTIONS:
- Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code: which guarantees, for purchases made outside the commercial establishment, the right to regret, allowing free cancellation up to 7 days after the time of the reservation.
- Reasons of force majeure, which will be analyzed by the establishment, and a refund or credit may be granted for a future stay
