On other dates:

Payment for private reservations must be made at the time of booking confirmation, and may be made via bank deposit or payment link.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 3/9/2026 - 5/31/2026

Reservations cannot be cancelled after confirmation. The cost is 100% of the accommodation price.

On other dates:

Up to 60 days before check-in - full refund.
59 to 30 days before check-in - 50% refund.
29 days until the check-in date - no refund.
During peak season periods, such as July, August, National and Regional Holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve, there are no refunds.

NO-SHOW POLICY - The full amount of the accommodation will be charged.
