There will be no refund of the amount paid at the time of booking confirmation.

On other dates:

Payment for daily rates must be made at the time of booking confirmation, by bank deposit, credit card or payment link.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 3/9/2026 - 4/30/2026

Reservations cannot be cancelled after confirmation. The cost is 100% of the accommodation price.

On other dates:

Up to 30 days before check-in - full refund.
29 days to 15 days before check-in - 50% refund.
14 days until check-in date - no refund.
* During the High Season and Carnival/New Year's Eve periods, there is no refund of amounts paid.
