PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
a) It is mandatory to present the credit card used for the purchase together with the owner's identification document at check-in;
b) In cases of using a credit card from a third party that is not on the reservation's guest list, it is mandatory for the holder to sign the purchase commitment form via credit card through the link http://mkt-repo .prive.tur.br/dashboard/folder/815/Termo_cartao_terceiros . This document contains general guidelines;
If the above requirements are not met, check-in will not be authorized and the amount paid will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy - WAM
a) A cancellation fee will be charged according to the following criteria:
*100% of the total reservation amount if canceled between 14 and 1 day before check-in;
a) In the case of a no-show (no-show), the fee will be 100% of the amount paid.
b) In the case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
