Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
It is necessary to indicate your credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking. All reservations must be paid in full up to 30 days before the check-in date.
The card will be debited immediately upon completion of the reservation in accordance with the rate policy.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Flexible pricing allows for changes and/or cancellation of the reservation, provided they are made within the previously established deadline. In case of date changes that result in a price variation, the final price in effect at the time of the modification will be applied.
For flexible pricing, cancellations and changes made at least 15 days prior to the check-in date are free of charge. Requests made less than 15 days in advance will be subject to a penalty equal to the total value of the reservation. In case of no-show, the full contracted amount will be charged, with no right to a refund.
