Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
After confirming the reservation, payment of 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be made within 5 days, either by Credit Card or Bank Deposit, to guarantee the apartment's lock.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged the amount of 100% of the first night.
