Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
It is necessary to indicate your credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking. All reservations must be paid in full up to 30 days before the check-in date.
The card will be debited immediately upon completion of the reservation in accordance with the rate policy.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy - WAM
a) A cancellation fee will be charged according to the following criteria:
*100% of the total reservation amount if canceled between 14 and 1 day before check-in;
a) In the case of a no-show (no-show), the fee will be 100% of the amount paid.
b) In the case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
