Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
In the case of flexible rates, the total amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided up to 14 days before the check-in date. This may occur at any time between this period and the day of arrival. By providing your credit card details, the hotel is authorized to charge within this interval without prior notice. If payment is not authorized or confirmed, the reservation may be canceled without prior notice.
Accommodation payment can be made via credit card and Pix. Payment can be divided into up to 10 installments, provided that the minimum installment is R$ 100.00.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is allowed up to 7 days before the check-in date, cancellations after this period will be charged the amount of 100% of the first night.
