Cancellation Policies

• Cancellation notice up to 15 days before check-in
or no-show is not eligible for a refund or credit.
- Cancellation notice up to 30 days before check-in will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid, or 50% of the amount paid will be left as a credit to be used on another date within 12 months.
- Cancellation notice up to 180 days before check-in will result in a 100% refund of the amount paid, or 100% of the amount paid will be left as a credit to be used on another date within 12 months.
The cancellation policy established by EMBRATUR, according to Normative Resolution No. 165/95, is as follows: At the time of booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees with the cancellation and no-show policy. Once payment has been confirmed, the reservation is confirmed. If a reservation needs to be canceled or changed, the guest must notify the Hotel Reservations Center in advance by email. Cancellations or changes made over the phone will not be accepted. Cancellations are subject to availability and fees will be charged according to the conditions below. The remaining balance of the daily rate will be charged at check-in (except during Carnival and New Year's Eve, when full payment must be made in advance).
