Deposit / Guarantee Policies

It is necessary to indicate your credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking. All reservations must be paid in full up to 30 days before the check-in date.
The card will be debited immediately upon completion of the reservation in accordance with the rate policy.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

a) A fine will be charged for cancellation according to the following criteria:
*10% of the total reservation value, if cancellation is made 31 days or more before check-in;
*20% of the total reservation value, if cancellation is made between 30 and 21 days before check-in;
*30% of the total reservation value, if cancellation is made between 20 and 11 days before check-in;
*50% of the total reservation value, if cancellation is made between 10 and 1 day before check-in;
b) in case of NO-SHOW (failure to show up for accommodation), the fine will be 100% of the amount paid.
c) in case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
