Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
A credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking. All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to check-in date.
The card will be charged immediately upon completion of the reservation in accordance with the rate policy.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.
Cancellation Policies
a) Cancellation can be done free of charge, up to 7 days prior to the guest's arrival date. Outside this period, the amount referring to 50% of the fine will be charged.
b) in case of NO-SHOW (no show for accommodation), the fine will be 100% of the amount paid.
c) in case of early departure, the amount paid will not be refunded.
