-Follows payment plan for reservations: - Reservations WITH LESS THAN 30 DAYS from the customer's arrival –> FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 72H (ALWAYS BEFORE PAXS ENTRY) - Reservations WITH MORE THAN 30 DAYS from the customer's arrival --> PAYMENT TOTAL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RESERVATION CONFIRMATION -New Year's Eve reservations- must be prepaid within 72 hours of creation in the system -Reservations confirmed with INVOICE- this will be carried out within 15 days of checkout, except New Year's Eve period. Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/26/2025 - 1/5/2026

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT POLICY: (Law No. 16,559 of 01/15/2019 – Art. 112): o In reservations that include national, state or municipal holidays determined by law, (i) a fine of 75% of the total value of the reservation in case of cancellation made from 60 (sixty) days to 31 (thirty-one) days in advance of the check-in date; and (ii) fine of 100% of the amount paid for the reservation in case of cancellation 30 (thirty) days or less in advance of the check-in date.
