We require a 50% deposit of the total rental amount upon booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policies

a) – before 90 (ninety) days prior to the start of the Lease term, the LESSEE will be subject to a penalty of 5% (five percent) of the total Lease value;

b) – between 90 (ninety) and 30 (thirty) days prior to the start of the Lease term, the LESSEE will be subject to a penalty of 50% (fifty percent) of the total Lease value; and

c) – within 30 (thirty) days prior to the start of the Lease term, the LESSEE will be subject to a penalty of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total Lease value.
