To guarantee your reservation, we request payment of 100% of the total amount for your accommodation.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 5/8/2023 - 12/31/2043

For cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date, will be charged a fee of 5% on the total amount.
In case of cancellations less than 30 days from the check-in date, there will be no refund of the amount paid in advance.
The reservation will be held until 10Am on the following day of the expected arrival date. In case of a no-show, we will release the reserved suite and we charged the cancellation in 100%.
In case of an early departure, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
