Deposit / Guarantee Policies

We accept payment by credit card, with the total amount being payable in up to 6 interest-free installments (amounts over R$600.00) or via Pix.
Payment must be made within 24 hours of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

- In case of cancellation at least 48 hours before the booking date, we have two options: - We will refund 70% of the amount paid to guarantee the reservation (in this case, we will charge a 30% penalty). - We leave the amount paid to guarantee the reservation as a credit for a future reservation within a period of 01 year from the date of the initial reservation (in this case, we do not charge a fine). - If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours later or the guest does not show up at the hotel on the day of their stay, the amount paid to guarantee the reservation will not be refunded.
