PAYMENT METHODS

1. Payment by Credit Card ONLINE - In this modality, the Agency makes payment for the reservation directly into our SYSTEM using the customer's credit card, with 50% at the time of reservation and the balance up to 48 hours before check-in (with the exception of New Year and Carnival packages).

ATTENTION: THE AGENCY UNDERTAKES TO KEEP ON FILE A COPY OF THE AUTHORIZATION DULY SIGNED BY THE CARD HOLDER FOR 12 MONTHS, FOR VERIFICATION PURPOSES BY THE CREDIT CARD OPERATOR. IF THE DEBIT IS DISPUTED BY THE CARD HOLDER, THE RESERVATION WILL BE INVOICED IN THE NAME OF THE TRAVEL AGENCY.


2. Payment by Credit Card OFFLINE - In this modality, the Agency makes payment by sending a Debit Authorization to the customer's card, with 50% at the time of booking and the balance up to 48 hours before check-in (with the exception of packages New Year's Eve and Carnival).

Reservations that have a cancellation deadline will be confirmed and a deadline will be generated for sending the documentation (debit authorization, copy of the credit card front and back, copy of the cardholder's document – ID – front and back).

The Voucher will only be released after payment confirmation and receipt of this documentation. Reservations that are outside the deadline for cancellation without penalty will only be confirmed subject to a No-show guarantee by the agency, which will automatically be responsible for billing, but with the option of inserting a new card.

ATTENTION: - FOR RESERVATIONS OUTSIDE THE CANCELLATION PERIOD, IF THE CARD IS NOT APPROVED, IT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY INVOICED TO THE AGENCY, BUT WITH THE OPTION OF INSERTING A NEW CARD.

In payment methods 1 and 2, the commission will be made after the balance has been paid by issuing an invoice.

3. Full Payment Invoiced via bank deposit with commission deduction.

4. Payment of 50% of the reservation value via bank deposit, upon confirmation and the balance 48 hours before the customer's arrival (with the exception of New Year's Eve and Carnival packages).

In options 3 and 4 the commission must be retained by the agency.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation: If cancelled, changed or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
