Deposit / Guarantee Policies

To confirm your reservation, we request payment, which can be made in 2 ways:
1 - Via bank deposit or PIX: deposit worth 50% of the total reservation and balance up to 72 hours before check-in.

2 - Credit Card: Payment of the full reservation amount in cash or in installments in up to 6 interest-free installments

After confirming the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the apartment is blocked.
If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL: Payment for reservations during New Year's Eve and Carnival have a different policy in which the full amount must be made up to 45 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 9/21/2021 - 9/22/2021

ALLOWS CANCELLATION

Cancellation up to 60 days before Check-in (entry date): No fine charged;
Cancellation 59 days before check-in or less: A fine of 100% of the reservation value will be charged.
NOTE: Reimbursement of amounts will be upon issuance of a letter of credit with a term of up to 180 (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY) days from the date of cancellation. The letter of credit can be used to deduct amounts from a new reservation, according to the property's current and available rate.

On other dates:

Cancellation: If cancelled, changed or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
