Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirmation of the reservation it is necessary that in a 48-hour period the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

To confirm the reservation, we request payment, which can be made in 2 ways: 1 - Via bank deposit or PIX: deposit worth 50% of the total reservation and balance up to 72 hours before check-in. 2 - Credit Card: Payment of the full amount of the reservation in cash or in installments in up to 4 interest-free installments. After confirming the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours to guarantee the apartment is blocked. If payment is not identified within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice. NEW YEAR'S EVE AND CARNIVAL: Payment for reservations during New Year's Eve and Carnival have a different policy in which the full amount must be made up to 45 days before check-in.

Cancellation Policies

If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. POLICY OF AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: - Dates from the moment until the date of reservation, after this date is subject to availability of the inn. - Identification of group members must be sent for a stay up to 7 days prior to checkin. - This reservation will be valid from the date of payment. The client is hosted and is subject to this document informed in this pre-booking document; 2 CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY CLIENT INITIATIVE: 1. The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Law, that he does not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Act, since benefits are proportional to a particular date or periodicity. 1.1. Cancellation Cancellation must be done in writing (via e-mail), and no cancelation or alteration by phone or instant communication device is accepted. The Consumer Protection Code (in Normative Deliberation nº 429 of 04/23/02) guarantees a total refund of any amount deposited if the cancellation of the reservation is requested within 7 days after the purchase of the same, then the delay is not made in return or credit. But out of respect for and attentive to the needs of our customers, we grant the holder of the reservation the right to arrange for its replacement by another passenger, under the same conditions and on the same date. In case of interruption of the stay, the total price will be charged. In case of pre-paid reservation, no return will result from this situation. We put a provision for the clarifications that are necessary.
