Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirmation of the reservation it is necessary that in a 48-hour period the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. If payment is not identified within the time limit the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 2/13/2024 - 11/13/2024

FLEXIBLE RESCHEDULING POLICY

Cancellation up to 60 days before check-in (arrival date): A fine of 30% of the total reservation will be charged;
Cancellation 59 days or less before check-in: A fine of 100% of the reservation will be charged.
NOTE: Refunds will be made by issuing a credit card with a term of up to 1 (ONE) year from the date of cancellation. The credit card may be used to deduct amounts from a new reservation, according to the property's current and available rate.

Policy applicable on dates: 11/14/2024 - 3/31/2025

If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. POLICY OF AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS: - Dates from the moment until the date of reservation, after this date is subject to availability of the inn. - Identification of group members must be sent for a stay up to 7 days prior to checkin. - This reservation will be valid from the date of payment. The client is hosted and is subject to this document informed in this pre-booking document; 2 CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION BY CLIENT INITIATIVE: 1. The customer is reminded, in accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Law, that he does not have the right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Act, since benefits are proportional to a particular date or periodicity. 1.1. Cancellation Cancellation must be done in writing (via e-mail), and no cancelation or alteration by phone or instant communication device is accepted. The Consumer Protection Code (in Normative Deliberation nº 429 of 04/23/02) guarantees a total refund of any amount deposited if the cancellation of the reservation is requested within 7 days after the purchase of the same, then the delay is not made in return or credit. But out of respect for and attentive to the needs of our customers, we grant the holder of the reservation the right to arrange for its replacement by another passenger, under the same conditions and on the same date. In case of interruption of the stay, the total price will be charged. In case of pre-paid reservation, no return will result from this situation. We put a provision for the clarifications that are necessary.

NOTE: Refunds will be made upon issuance of a credit card with a term of up to 180 (ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY) days from the date of cancellation. The credit card may be used to deduct amounts from a new reservation, according to the property's current and available rate.
