Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total cost of your stay is charged upon arrival at the hotel. Please note that we do not accept checks. Your reservation can be guaranteed via credit card, PIX (Brazilian instant payment system), or bank transfer in advance (72 business hours before the check-in date). Cancellation Policies

Cancellations without a no-show fee are allowed up to 2 days before the check-in date; cancellations after this deadline will incur a charge of 100% of the first night's stay.
