Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 4/22/2026 - 12/31/2026

After check-in, the total number of days agreed upon at the time of your arrival will be considered, and no adjustments will be allowed during your stay. Therefore, if the guest checks out before the scheduled date, “the amounts relating to the unused days will not be refunded.” To extend your stay at the hotel, it is necessary to make a new reservation with the rates in effect on the date.

On other dates:

Cancellation of reservations without a No Show charge is permitted up to 2 days before the check-in date. Cancellations after this period will be charged 100% of the first night's stay.
