Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date will be free of charge.

If a reservation is cancelled outside the free period described above, a fine corresponding to one night's stay will be charged. The period for refunding the payment may be up to 10 days, depending on the financial institution, and the amount will be refunded according to the payment method selected at the time of booking. In the event of a change, the current rate will also be considered for the new date or accommodation. No refund will be made in the event of early departure without a just cause.

In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
