After confirmation of the reservation it is necessary that in a 48-hour period the deposit of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is made to guarantee the blocking of the apartment. No show charges the first night. Cancellation within 30 days we refund the full amount. And cancellations less than 30 days before check in will charge the amount of the first night.
