Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid within 48 hours to secure the apartment.

Payment can be made via deposit.

By credit card, in up to 4 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$500.00. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Proof of bank deposit must be sent via email ([email protected]), identified with the name of the person making the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Reservations made under the "Non-Refundable Rate" option do not allow, under any circumstances, cancellation, refund, conversion to credit, or date changes. By choosing this option, the guest acknowledges and fully agrees to the impossibility of a refund or modification of the reservation, and these conditions are expressly stated at the time of booking.
