Cancellation Policies

Reservations made under the "Non-Refundable Rate" modality do not allow, under any circumstances, cancellation, refund, conversion to credit, or date changes. By choosing this modality, the guest declares awareness and full agreement with the impossibility of refund or modification of the reservation, these conditions being expressly informed at the time of contracting.

In accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, the guest may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the date of contracting, provided that the reservation was made outside the commercial establishment (internet, telephone, applications or similar), in which case a full refund of the amounts paid will be made, without penalty.
