Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid within 48 hours to secure the apartment.

Payment can be made via deposit.

By credit card, in up to 4 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$500.00. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

The bank deposit receipt must be sent via email ([email protected]), identified with the name of the person making the reservation.

Cancellation Policies

Guests may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After this period, they will be charged 30% of the total price. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will be charged 100%, except for reasons of force majeure, which will be reviewed by management.
