Deposit / Guarantee Policies

After confirming the reservation, 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid within 48 hours to secure the apartment.

Payment can be made via deposit.

By credit card, in up to 4 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$500.00. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

The guest will be required to pay the full price of the reservation in case of cancellation at any time. In case of no-show, the guest will be charged the full price of the reservation. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the full price of the reservation at any time.
