Deposit / Guarantee Policies

50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation of the apartment.

Payment can be made via deposit in cash.

By credit card, in up to 4 interest-free installments, with a minimum installment of R$500.00. If payment is not made within the deadline, the reservation will be subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation: You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will be charged the full price of the reservation. If you do not show up, you will be charged the full price of the reservation.
