Deposit / Guarantee Policies

In order for the reservation to be confirmed, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation is required. The rest must be paid at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in, will be charged 10% equivalent to the total amount of the reservation. Cancellations made from 30 to 15 days will be charged 30% of the total amount. Cancellations made from 14 to 8 days, will be charged the equivalent of 50% of the reservation amount. Cancellations less than 7 days will not be refunded.
