The Light House has a lush view of the Paraty Bay and private access to a small beach. From some rooms you can see the sea on the balcony and others from inside the room. Our target audience are people who like silence and tranquility close to nature and they propose to have a connection experience with themselves and their travelers. In line with this, we do not have a TV sets in the living room and in almost every room, except for the ruby and orange suite. We prefer to receive children over 12 years of age. The property is on a hillside, which guarantees our beautiful view. Thus, hosting is not indicated for people who have physical limitations as there are access stairs, some steep, to the beach and parking. All our rooms provide direct contact with nature and are permeated by the waves of the sea and singing of the birds. All common areas of property give the sea, which is 50 meters from the house. So during the generous breakfast served at the table, you can enjoy the lush view. Customers love to take long tasting juices and fruits of the time and a variety of handmade breads and homemade cakes out of the oven early. The property is 1 km from Praia Grande, a charming village of fishermen, 11 km from the historic center of Paraty, the bus station and the airport and a few kilometers from beautiful waterfalls. It is possible to leave for boat trips from the property or the pier of the big beach. Our restaurant runs from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and serves meals that prioritize the use of organic, fresh and small local producers ingredients. It is the perfect place to dine in the candlelight listening to the sounds of the sea waves. We rented kayaking and stand up paddles to paddle in the calm waters in front of our property or venture a little more going to nearby and practically deserted islands. And for those who want to enjoy moments of relaxation, we offer several massage options, individual or in a couple, in our massage room facing the sea. One of Paraty's biggest attractions are the hundreds of islands and beautiful waters and practically deserted almost all year round.
