Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy

When you make your reservation, we prepare all the necessary infrastructure to welcome you in the best possible way. Therefore, cancellations or changes close to the date of your stay may generate operational and financial impacts on the hotel.

Room availability only occurs after check-in time. Stays after check-out time may incur a charge for another day.

Rates

We work with a fluctuating rate, subject to change without prior notice. The accommodation price is guaranteed only after confirmation of payment for the reservation.

Pet Friendly Policy

We accept up to 2 pets per apartment (dogs and cats up to 15 kg), subject to a fee of R$ 75.00 per pet/night.

For pet accommodation, it is mandatory to:

Present an updated vaccination card;

Sign the Liability Waiver at check-in.

Mandatory vaccines:

Cats: rabies;

Dogs: rabies.

Recommended vaccines:

Cats: V3, V4 or V5;

Dogs: V8 or V10.

The rabies vaccine must have been administered more than 30 days and less than 1 year prior. Without proof, pet accommodation will not be permitted.

It is not permitted to leave the pet alone in the apartment. Failure to comply may result in a fine of R$ 300.00 and/or suspension of the animal's accommodation.

Anti-Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, covered areas, or indoor leisure areas of the hotel.

Alcohol Consumption by Minors

According to Federal Law No. 8.069/90 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent), the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors under 18 years of age is prohibited, even when accompanied by their guardians.
