Reservation confirmation occurs after full payment, which can be made via Pix or credit card. For credit card payments, we offer installments up to 6x, with a minimum installment of R$ 100.00.
For security reasons, at check-in, it will be mandatory to present the physical credit card used for the purchase, the transaction receipt, and an official document of the cardholder.
By accepting this policy, the guest authorizes automatic billing to the card provided at the time of booking.
We also inform you that we do not accept payments by check.

In case of cancellation, no-show, or early departure (after check-in), 100% of the TOTAL reservation amount will be charged. The amount paid will not be refunded, nor can it be converted into credit for future use. Exceptions will be applied exclusively in cases of unforeseen circumstances and/or force majeure, upon proof.

Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy
When you make your reservation, we prepare all the necessary infrastructure to welcome you in the best possible way. Therefore, cancellations or changes close to the date of your stay may generate operational and financial impacts on the hotel.

Room availability only occurs after check-in time. Stays after check-out time may incur a charge for a new day.

Rates
We work with a fluctuating rate, subject to change without prior notice. The accommodation price is guaranteed only after confirmation of payment for the reservation.

Pet Friendly Policy
We accept up to 2 pets per apartment (dogs and cats up to 15 kg), subject to a fee of R$ 75.00 per pet/night.

For pet accommodation, it is mandatory to:
Present an updated vaccination card;
Sign the Responsibility Agreement at check-in. Mandatory vaccines:
Cats: rabies;
Dogs: rabies.
Recommended vaccines:
Cats: V3, V4 or V5;
Dogs: V8 or V10.
The rabies vaccine must have been administered more than 30 days and less than 1 year ago. Without proof, pet accommodation will not be permitted.
It is not permitted to leave the pet alone in the apartment. Non-compliance may result in a fine of R$ 300.00 and/or suspension of the animal's accommodation.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, covered areas or indoor leisure areas of the hotel.

Alcohol Consumption by Minors

According to Federal Law No. 8.069/90 (Statute of the Child and Adolescent), the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors under 18 years of age is prohibited, even when accompanied by their guardians.
