Up to 30% may be charged as a reservation deposit of the total value of the package.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 7/14/2026 - 2/28/2031

Em caso de cancelamento, não comparecimento (no show) ou saída antecipada (após o check-in), será cobrado 100% do valor TOTAL da reserva. O valor pago não será reembolsado, tampouco poderá ser convertido em crédito para utilização futura. Exceções serão aplicadas exclusivamente em casos fortuitos e/ou força maior, mediante comprovação.
