Deposit / Guarantee Policies

2/21/2020 - 2/25/2020

Requires advance deposit up to 24 hours after booking request, or credit card to debit daily rates.

On other dates:

No deposit required, just a credit card number for guarantee.

Cancellation Policies

- Low season – up to 24 hours before check-in, the first daily fee will be charged. - Medium season – up to 15 days before check-in, 25% of the total daily rate will be charged. Less than 15 days, 50% of the total daily rate. - High season – up to 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total daily rate will be charged. Less than 30 days, 75% of the total daily rate will be charged. - New Year's Eve and Carnival – Up to 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total daily rate will be charged. Less than 30 days, the full daily rate will be charged. • NO-SHOW – the “Cancellation Deadline” policy will be applied, respecting the deadlines above for any No-show.
