Full payment for the reservation or the first night's stay can be made by credit card at the time of booking or directly at the hotel. If you choose to pay at check-in, please be aware that the reservation will be held until 6 PM on the day of check-in. After this time, it will be canceled without prior notice and may be reactivated subject to room availability.

On other dates:

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of no-show, the first night's stay will be charged. In case of early departure (after check-in), 100% of the TOTAL reservation amount will be charged and the amount paid will not be refunded, nor can it be converted into credit for future use. Exceptions will be applied exclusively in cases of unforeseen circumstances and/or force majeure, upon proof.
