Credit Card
The charge will be made 60 days prior to check-in date.

Bank Deposit/Pix
The total amount of the reservation must be paid up to 60 days before arrival.

On other dates:

Credit Card:

50% of the total reservation amount will be charged 14 days before check-in. The remainder will be charged at check-in.

The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. The hotel does not offer refunds.

Bank Deposit/Pix:

50% of the total reservation amount must be paid at the time of booking and proof of payment sent via WhatsApp or email. If the hotel has not received the reservation payment within 48 hours of confirmation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. The remainder will be paid at check-in. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. Refunds will be issued up to 15 days before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, no refunds will be given.
